On July 28th, 2020 the Company signed a preliminary agreement to sell properties owned by ERG Capita-3 REIT

The execution of the final agreement is set for September 30th, 2020. The sale price of the properties is Euro 5,100,000 w/o VAT whereas the cost for the final agreement shall be split equally between the Company and the Buyer.

For the execution of the final agreement there are certain conditions to be met and it is possible that such agreement will not be executed.

The general meeting of the bondholders of the company will be asked to agree that the mortgage on the properties to be sold to be deleted and the bond to be repaid in full before maturity.
